Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist:

- being computer saavy is huge

- need to have a minimum of 1 year recruiter experience and needs to be comfortable being on the phones all day, making a high number of outbound calls, learn new ATS and other systems

- OR a minimum 3 years customer service/call center experience. Mus have experience in a HIGH VOLUME, HIGH PRODUCTION call center as recruiters are required to make a minimum of 60 outbound calls a day.

- Handling outbound calls to potential candidates/job applicants after receiving applications and reviewing resumes

- Scheduling interviews, Running compliance, and extending job offerings

- Conducting 20-30 phone screens a day

- Creating and revising job postings based on company needs

- Recruiting professionals in various operations skillsets
