Are you ready to help us make the future? The Senior Controllership Analyst will support the Cost Accounting function within the Phoenix RFC (Regional Finance Center) organization. Key Responsibilities: · Support two sites within Aero · Support foreign site and understand the foreign currencies specific requirements in all job duties · Support/Understand specific government requirements in all job duties · Perform cost analysis and complex SAP reconciliations (ZCAS and COPA/PCA) · Prepare month end accounting entries and account reconciliations · Prepare various analysis reporting requirements to the site including cycle count results, production cost variances, IRA (inventory record accuracy) · Prepare weekly and monthly PCV (Production Cost Variance) reports and analysis for site ISC, driving actions and tracking items for standard setting process. · Perform inventory fluctuation analysis · Perform quarterly E&O and other reserve analysis and coordinate with site for exceptions · Ensure the integrity of inventory, cost and related balances in the GL · Perform the annual standard cost setting process for supported sites as required · Provide data to support foreign intercompany transactions · Support the annual Balance Sheet Review Process (BSR) and SOX, External Audit or Internal Audit requirements · Prepare schedules for annual income tax and property tax packages · Support site with annual inventory, physical inventory reports and preparation of inventory waivers · Share knowledge and ensure consistency with others in the department. Drive process improvements · Work closely with Capgemini team in India in driving monthly OEM processes, providing guidance, support and direction as needed for completing activities YOU MUST HAVE · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance plus · Minimum 2 years of accounting/audit/finance experience WE VALUE · Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes · Experience with SAP software and/or implementation strongly preferred · Ability to bring complex issues to close in a timely manner · Self-motivated and results oriented · Strong written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to influence others quickly and positively · Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with individuals at various levels of the organization · Project management skills: ability to initiate and lead projects/teams · Effective listening skills, and flexibility in approach to solutions · Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills · Innovative; focus on process improvements Additional Information JOB ID: req316521 Category: Finance Location: 2800 S SunLand Drive,Tempe,Arizona,85282,United States Exempt Global (ALL) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
