Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Job Details:

• Work 4-10 hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• May consider 8-hour shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on case-by-case basis
• Perform primarily CT scans with some X-ray procedures
• Work with Siemens equipment purchased in 2016 including 40-slice CT scanner with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector
• Handle approximately 150 CT scans per month and 80 MRI scans per month
• Provide services to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Majority of caseload involves outpatient and orthopedic procedures
• Required to take rotating call, typically one weekend per month
• Weekend call includes Friday night, 24-hour Saturday shift, and backup Sunday call
• Potential for weekend backup call every 5 weeks when regular tech is unavailable
• Experience with Meditech Expanse computer charting preferred
• Must have 2 years experience in both X-ray and CT
• ARRT(R) certification with CT experience required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification through American Heart Association required
• Must have reliable transportation as Uber/Lyft services are not available in area
