Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Cath Lab - Full-time / Part-time

A well-respected non-profit 300-bed High Desert Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager of Cardiovascular Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. 

The Catheterization Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Cardiovascular services, and will be supported by 2 Assistant Nurse Managers, Supervisors and team of registered nurses. 

The Invasive and non-Invasive Manager of Cardiovascular Services will oversee the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Interventional Cardiology Recovery Unit (ICRU), Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology. The Assistant Cardiovascular Director provides leadership to a team of Assistant Managers, Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses and Technicians.  The Nurse Manager Cardiac Cath Lab will work hand in hand with the Medical Directors for EP Lab and Cath Lab, as well as other physicians and departments.  

The Cath Lab RN Manager is responsible for leading the highly skilled and educated staff into continued success.  The Angiography Manager will be responsible for staff education, performance improvement, patient satisfaction and safety, budgeting, physician relations and personnel management. 

The Cath Lab included 5 rooms – all hybrid with a majority of the cases cardiovascular & Vascular.  This nationally acclaimed Heart and Vascular Center provides the highest level of care for adults and children suffering from cardiac and vascular disease.
