Group Class Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

PASSIONATE ABOUT FITNESS

We are looking for someone who is extremely high energy, motivating, empathetic and passionate about fitness/health. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people, health, and fitness. They have a desire to develop their skills and the skills of those around them.

You will also need to be in relatively good shape and familiar with general fitness.

Personal Training Certifications Preferred.

You will change people's lives in a high-energy fun-filled environment.

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time positions available

Salary: $18.00-20/hour starting, $40/hour for private training session + Sales Commission and Monthly Bonus Structure

Experience coaching: None required - training provided

Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Instruct/Assistant train groups of individuals in group classes

• Offer guidance and advice to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals

• Demonstrate proper form and technique and be able to teach it

• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients

• Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun

• Sell memberships, products, and onboard new clients

• Provide personal training to clients
