Responsibilities

Managing Consultants own client engagements from cultivation to completion. In this role, you will be accountable for the activities of the project team and support the day-to-day management of the client relationship. You are expected to effectively develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets for multiple complex projects simultaneously.  Work products are expected to be high-quality and client-ready. In this visible role, you will lead team meetings, and guide, manage, and coach consultants and senior consultants, providing constructive feedback on project participation and overall career development.  Managing Consultants work closely with Directors and Managing Directors to keep them abreast of project progress and important developments. Managing Consultants support sales initiatives and practice development.

We are looking for a combination of deep technical Epic skills and patient access operational expertise to transform healthcare and deliver best in class results for our clients. Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Revenue Cycle experience and EMR knowledge to create immediate value for your clients.


Qualifications

Required: 

  • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration
  • Current Epic Cadence and Referrals certifications required
  • Technical Epic build expertise of the front-end revenue cycle management modules
  • 5+ years of Front-End Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience including Patient Access
  • 5+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience
  • 3+ years' financial analysis experience in a health-related organization
  • Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
  • Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel
  • Up to 75% travel may be required

Preferred: 

  • Current Epic Grand Central and/or Prelude certifications preferred

  • This position is available virtually from PST, EST or CST time zones.
  • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
