What you'll get to do: During the Transition period, t he SDNow Software Developer is responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabilities including Asset Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management to stand up CACI's program management portal . Th e SDNow portal provides on-demand access to manage, track, and report on transition performance. The SDNow Software Developer will leverage the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and integrate additional functionality , more specifically : * Work collaboratively to establish integrat ions between the LBI Dashboard environment and the CBP ServiceNow instance, including the SDNow portal * Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near -real time * Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows including automated triage and issue escalation * Work collaboratively to create workflows to track all aspects of onboarding , clearing, and training staff * Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program * Supports decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation of ServiceNow modules.
