Program Asst/Lead Gymnastics Instructor for Children's Fitness Center

Full time position available (MUST BE AVAILABLE One weekend a month)

Job Description:

My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness/gymnastics instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work approx 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends

Highly energetic

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with children

Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)

Effective leadership and motivational skills

Effective time management

Adept sales skills

Clean background check

Compensation:

Starts at $15 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $15-$25 per hour.
