Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join our team based in New York City.


Activities:

• Develop and manage the execution of the annual marketing plan for ticket sales in the US and Canada for to our in-person conferences and digital learning programs.
• Responsible for the effective allocation and management of the annual marketing budget.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of our in-house sales team to ensure that they are hitting their individual sales targets and that their activities are aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
• Work with digital agency and corporate marketing team, overseeing digital marketing activities and ensuring that these activities meet designated KPIs.
• Analyze data and reports to adjust and align marketing strategies as required.
• Manage the production of all marketing materials developed by in-house designers and third-party suppliers
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with important media outlets.
• Responsible for PR and media strategy and overseeing the activities of the PR agencies to ensure the effective execution of these strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or executing digital marketing campaigns
• Hold a minimum academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent).
• Must be very organized, able to think quickly on your feet and have a positive, high-energy attitude
• Spanish language skills are a plus
