A day in the life of a Chuze Fitness Kids Club Manager: Are you an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing? A Kids Club Manager is responsible for leading the Kids Club team and  providing a safe, fun, and interactive environment for children in the Kids Club.  They conduct all activities in a positive and professional manner. They are constantly demonstrating patience when assisting children and members. They use their customer service skills, optimism, and positive attitude in every facet of what they do. Daily responsibilities consist of, safety of the children,  interactions with parents, smiling, laughing, planning activities and games, interacting with children, winning a dance-off or two, cleaning, and providing the best customer service experience possible for all members and their kids!  They oversee the Kids Club for their location(s) by building, mentoring, coaching, and training Kids Club Team members while supervising and interacting with our little chuzers.  

For maximum success, you should: 
  • Bachelor's degree or current continued education in related field preferred
  • 2-3 Years of Leadership Experience 
  • Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, and a social enthusiast
Essential Physical Requirements: 
  • 18+ years of age
  • Engage in physical activity on a frequent basis
  • Get up and down off of the floor frequently and move quickly when needed
  • Occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs
  • Written and oral communication skills

   A new Kids Club employee must complete Club Orientation training prior to beginning Kids Club Training.  Kids Club training must be completed prior to working alone in Kids Club.
