Job Description:

The AA Ill will work with customers across two mission centers on planning, coordinating, and supporting their events in order to ensure a successful completion (i.e., off-sites, retirement ceremonies, official MC ceremonies)
The AA Ill will develop and maintain working relationship with numerous mission and operational partners to coordinate customer requirements.
The AA Ill will need to have an understanding of the parameters surrounding numerous Sponsor sites in order to effectively support events held at those facilities and have an understanding of basic liaison support and work with discretion.
The AA Ill will draft memos for approval for events requiring government funding to ensure the event is in accordance with Sponsor Regulations and Guidelines.
The AA II will be responsible for submitting invoices and all necessary documents requiring funding in a timely manner to ensure the office is not in a delinquent status.
The AA Ill will need to become familiar with Sponsor Regulations and Guidelines in order to provide accurate guidance to customers and will also serve as point of contact for the Sponsor Event tool
The AA Ill will serve the role as the Assistant Parking Coordinator and tasked with the following: • Compile quarterly reports to inform WGC MSS management of parking status per Mission Center.
• Submit applications for parking on behalf of employees.
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with Facilities Management and IPS to actively seek support in providing customer parking permits.
• Maintain three parking databases to allow monitoring and updating of all General Reserved applications and 24-hour parking spots.
The AA Ill will serve as the POC for award requests coming from two Mission Centers and sponsor support staff, maintaining a working-relationship with IPS to ensure award engraving is accurate and timely.
They will serve as focal point for the development, deployment, and up keep of the Sponsor Non­Monetary Tracking Tool and initiate the re-ordering of all non-monetary awards.
The AA Ill will provide support to Sponsor Front Office by performing the following duties:
• Assist with placing supply orders for Sponsor support staff through e-supply and/or the sponsor asset tracking system
• Assist with preparing on-boarding packet for incoming officers
• Serve as customer focal point for all facilities service calls from the Front Office
• Assist with Conference Room Reservations
• Assist with maintaining phone lists and create phone cards when needed
• Assist with the organization and up keep of the storage room and work with the sponsor support staff SIOs to provide announcements to the workforce. Schedule: Core hours 0900-1400; must be available to provide support to events as required. Physical Requirements: must be able to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet when attending events. Travel to other buildings required for some Liaison events or off-sites. POV needed for some site visits.
