Service Manager - Full-time

Job Duties:

• Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending customer service jobs.
• Manage process of completion of service work orders ensuring no cause for delay to invoicing.
• Manage and delegate the response to customer requests.
• Communicate and maintain good relations with internal and external customers.
• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
• Forecast and plan scheduling and completing of services by coordinating field activities to service customer equipment.
• Communicating opportunities and recommendations for modification or improvements to processes.
• Create/Maintain tracking of employee performance and KPI’s.
• Ensuring service orders and parts are being tracked accurately and managed efficiently.
• Manage and control expenditure in line with company financial management policies.
• Scheduling of maintenance, repair and operational efficiency requirements of equipment.
• Monitor and support start‐up of equipment, oversee the fine tuning and commissioning adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or operations preferred
• 5+ years of production/general management experience in related industry
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred
• Experience with equipment service or maintenance
