About the Job:

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent phone, presentation and people skills. This job requires you to qualify leads through cold call/cold email engagements, LinkedIn, inbound leads and upsell to our current clients. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer pain points and understand how Altametrics can transform the way their business functions. The Enterprise Account Executive is an ambitious and organized professional who is a self-starter and will drive expansion by leveraging existing relationships and industry knowledge. You will proactively work with our Sales Development Representatives and our Marketing Department to develop strategies and you will deliver wins.

Altametrics is the leading provider of enterprise labor and inventory management solutions for the most successful restaurant companies systemwide; including, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Chipotle, Little Caesars & Buffalo Wild Wings. Our flagship product, Altametrics Enterprise Back Office helps reduce 2-6% of food and labor costs for our restaurant operators.

Primary Objectives:

  • Prospect, qualify and develop leads into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Successfully manage and overcome sales objections to develop interest.
  • Ensure accurate data in our CRM solution to drive strategy for our future growth.
  • Partner with our SDRs and Marketing to help generate meetings and a sales pipeline.
  • Achieve Weekly KPIs and a Monthly/Quarterly Quota of Pipeline and closed business.

Requirements:

  • PC/Laptop and a high-speed internet connection.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to write professional emails.
  • Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces.
  • Proactive, forward looking and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view.

Compensation:

  • Full Time  40hrs per week 
  • Hourly base pay of $25 per hour + Commission
