Maintenance Electrician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, self-starter to perform the duties and responsibilities as an Electrician for the Facilities Department. Working independently as an Electrician as the major component of the job. Individual would respond to work request and minor project needs to include routine electrical and preventative maintenance, and work with other trades. Must be a skilled Electrician. National Management Resources Corporation specializes in providing contracted, professional facilities management services to private institutions of higher education.

Applicant qualifications:

• Three years of electrical experience.
• Proficiency in managing inventory and maintain a clean and organize shop.
• Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Self-Motivated and able to work independently and multi-task in high energy environment
• Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work priorities and problem solving.
• Flexible, friendly attitude.
• Applicant must be able to pass pre-employment screening and background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Valid driver's license
