About this job

Start time is 3:00 AM. 

The opener/finisher is responsible for bakery production and donut finishing, as well as preparing the store for opening.

Must adhere to all standards set forth by Dunkin brands as well as the Employee Handbook and from time to time by your store manger and Franchisee. Including but not limited to: Safety, cleanliness, guest service, and operations. 

Must to be able to: communicate appropriately with fellow team members and treat others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold yourself accountable for the responsibilities on your shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time. Maintain a clean and neat workstation. Prepare all prodcuts following appropriate recipes and procedures.

Requirements

Must have a positive attitude and friendly smile. This location works face to face with the public, so you must enjoy working with our customers. We are looking for somebody with a flexible schedule.
