Lead Pool Service Technician

With the pool season starting shortly  Solstice Pool & Spa LLC is looking to expand. We are looking for an energetic pool professional to lead a service crew while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

Lead service technician responsibilities:

• Lead a service crew, performing pool and spa openings and closings, maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repairs and installation of safety covers.
• Responsible for keeping company vehicle clean, organized and prepared for the day's tasks.
• Completion of web-based job ticket software
• Communication with customers

Experience & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the pool or spa service industry
• Mechanical knowledge
• Experience with both power and hand tools
• Ability to lift 50 plus pounds regularly
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication & organizational skills, with a focus on customer service
• Knowledge of swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, controllers, PVC plumbing, low voltage wiring, saltwater chlorination, UV and Ozone disinfection, and water chemistry.
