The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the maintenance, repair, and installation of complex HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role allows you to make a direct impact on the safety and comfort of our regional commercial and industrial clients. How You Will Make an Impact
- Maintain, repair, and install complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in diverse commercial and industrial HVAC/R units.
- Service commercial clients with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to optimize equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to company and OSHA safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven professional experience working as an HVAC/R technician in commercial or industrial settings.
- Active EPA Section 608 Certification and an OSHA 10 certification.
- Possession of a valid driver's license to operate company service vehicles.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy mechanical and refrigeration hardware.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 2 or more years of dedicated, hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
- Graduation from a formal trade program or technical certification course like BOCES or an equivalent.
- Strong foundational knowledge of diverse commercial manufacturer HVAC/R systems.
