Job Description:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES

-answering phones

-data entry

-scheduling appointments

-checking patients in and out

-filling pharmacy orders for patients

-shipping patient pharmacy orders

-ordering pharmacy

-receiving and checking in supplies/orders

-taking messages

-calling patients back with messages from a doctor.

-filing: in paper charts in specific areas based on information

-filing

-faxing

-making photo copies

-cleaning/ stocking exam rooms

-brining pts back to exam rooms

-opening and closing cash procedures

-reading urine samples

-multi tasking and positive attitude a must

-other duties as they arise
