Kable Staffing is in urgent need of a Customer Care Representative in West Chester, OH. This position is a full-time, temporary opportunity. This position will handle a variety of customer interactions on multiple platforms as they relate to both order processing and general customer service
 
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails and/or chats and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries or concerns.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers and utilizing soft skills to ensure the customer feels heard.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the brand website or using the products or services.
  • Order entry and providing customers with information related to an online order.
  • Acting as brand ambassador and expertly understanding the products to skillfully educate customers and cross sell products.
  • Taking part in continued education and training to expand knowledge and skillset.
  • Extensive navigation through online websites, internal reference materials and other systems
  • Escalate system and sensitive issues to supervisors/managers as needed during the course of daily activity.
  • Meet established KPI metrics for handling interactions such as handle time or quality scoring.
  • Other duties as assigned to support client’s customer care plan.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Driver's License & Reliable Mode of Transportation (required)
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience, in retail or other customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Must possess a solid understanding of keeping "customer satisfaction" our ultimate goal 
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Computer literacy and strong navigation skills
  • Must possess problem solving and investigative skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent attendance
  • Open to receiving frequent feedback or coaching to further develop performance
  • Must be able to provide a 12-hour window of availability for an 8 or 10-hour shift, depending on business needs, and able to work one weekend day.
  • Work from Home is available with successful performance.
  • At home status is not guaranteed and subject to equipment availability. Company will provide a workstation and all necessary equipment. There will be a contract accompanying equipment outlining the commitment and requirements of the program from the employee
