Position Title: Collision Repair Estimator

Job Description: Our thriving collision repair shop in Colorado is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assess damage to vehicles and identify necessary repairs with meticulous attention to detail
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software, taking into account any possible issues that may arise during the repair process
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to explain repair options, estimate costs, and obtain necessary approvals
• Order and track parts to ensure timely repair completion while monitoring costs
• Monitor repair progress to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion, ensuring all repair work meets industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, work orders, and invoices
• Collaborate with our exceptional team of experienced technicians and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Repair Estimator, with expertise in industry-standard estimating software
• In-depth knowledge of collision repair industry standards and regulations, including proficiency in identifying and addressing potential issues that may arise during the repair process
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation:

• Starting salary range of $65,000-$70,000 per year based on experience and performance
• Commission-based incentive plan to reward exceptional performance
