Med Tech / Caregiver NOC SHIFT

Job Duties:

Essential Functions

• Providing assistance and reminders in the areas of grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals as necessary.
• Assist with our resident's ADL's (Assist with their everyday living)
• Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation/presentation, serving residents, and other dining-related tasks, reporting changes in a resident's eating habits to the supervisor.
• Schedule resident rounds every two hours according to residents' service plans or circumstances.
• Record and report any change of condition
• In case of any incident or accident involving residents, notify the Resident Care Director/Supervisor as soon as possible, and fill out the Resident Incident and Accident Reporting Form with all relevant information.
• Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to the resident requests for assistance, including emergency pull cords, telephone calls, and requests from family and friends.
• Prevent environmental hazards in an appropriate and safe manner while observing universal precautions and infection control procedures.
• Immediately report any suspected abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resident
• Perform work assignments and attend required in-service training.

• Perform duties under the direction of a supervisor, and self-initiate job duties
• Pursuant to state regulations

Job Types: 10pm-6am (NOC Shift) (PM Shift)

Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hiring Immediately, must 18 years of age

Mentone/Redlands (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
