With two convenient locations, we proudly serve Germantown, Logan, Brewerytown, Northern Liberties, and Nicetown neighborhoods and beyond!\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include:\r\nOpening and closing facility\r\nMaintaining efficient and friendly communication with clients\r\nLeasing self-storage space. This includes executing rental contracts and collecting applicable fees\r\nFile maintenance; must be organized\r\nAssist customers with U-haul rentals\r\nTelephone management\r\nFollowing up with customers regarding delinquent balances\r\nSweeping u-haul trucks and vacant units\r\nLite maintenance\r\nAssist customers with lock issues\r\nDaily walk through \r\nKeeping Store merchandise filled and organized\r\nPerforming daily lock checks at the directive of the Facility manager\r\nCollection calls\r\nUnderstanding and complying with all lien process regulated by the State of Pa.\r\nOther duties as assigned
