Job Description

911 Covid Testing in Santa Monica, CA is looking for Sales Associates to join our 100+ person strong team. We are headquarter is located at 1515 Ocean Avenue, in the City of Santa Monica. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

The Sales Manager is responsible for development and performance of sales activities for the company, listen to customer needs, analyze information, and create tailored proposals, negotiate and close sale while meeting exceeding sales goals. The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Outreach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Identify, qualify and solicit prospective clients, develop and maintain a client database.
  • Creates and maintains call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals to grow the business.
  • Analyze client needs, negotiate pricing, and offer additional service.
  • Partners with the Sales Directors to review call plan to achieve strategic goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries to promote and sell Covid-19 testing services.
  • Execution of the sales agreement including regular follow-up with the clients as needed
  • Partners with the management team and cross-functional partners within the company to drive sales growth.
  • Communicate client requests and sales activity intelligence to all departments in an effective and timely manner.
  • Communicates and explains pricing information, services and product information to prospective clients.
  • Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM.
  • Prepare reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved of sales activities.
  • Travel to meet with or call-on prospective clients to solicit and book business.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction when engaging with prospective clients.
  • Other duties as assigned related to sales activity.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of sales experience; or 4-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Google Suite Smartsheets, and Slack is a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related filed or equivalent relevant work experience required.
