Job Details
We are looking for a highly-motivated, individual to lead operations for our consumer business. This person will be responsible for the day to day operations to help scale and ensure growth.
What You'll be doing
- This role will partner with develop and execute strategies that tackle our biggest operational, organizational, and team challenges as we continue to scale
- Work with product team, and support the highest priority workstreams, creating consistency and driving innovation in the way we execute and track progress across all workstreams.
- Manage the operational cadence of the business including, but not limited to facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meeting agendas and content (e.g., directs team, extended leaders, quarterly off-sites)
- Problem solve. We operate a technology platform that provides a service, so encounter new challenges each day, and you must be ready to solve them as fast as they happen.
- Communicate product/process needs to product/engineering and ensure the effective utilization of delivered features.
What You'll Need to Have
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, , or an equivalent field.
- Experience in a startup or other fast-paced work environment.
- Have managed a small to medium-sized team.
- Ability to wear many different hats and problem solve as well as learn new skills and grow with the role.
- Exceptional Excel / Data management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
