Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift *****Direct Hire opportunity
Do you have Maintenance Technician experience? Our client has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. A world-class manufacturer of functional hardware and accessories wants to hire YOU for their fast-paced facility. This is a Monday - Friday, 11pm- 7am position with overtime available. Apply now!
Duties:
Performs routine repairs and completes preventive maintenance procedure, trouble shoots machines to keep production running. Implement pre-active repairs as found during daily observations. Address safety issues and communicate general improvements to the Team and Manager.
Essential Functions:
bull; Repairs, adjusts and assists in routine machine maintenance as necessary using diagnostic equipment.
bull; Conducts inspections and tests on equipment and instruments as part of the preventative maintenance program and maintains documentation.
bull; Responds to requests for support from the Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Manager and other maintenance staff on repairs and projects.
bull; Installs and tests equipment and machinery.
bull; Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
bull; Builds, repairs, and modifies hand assembly machines.
bull; Performs welding operations as necessary.
bull; Completes weekly, monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance tasks and reports
bull; Trouble shooting of PLC's., Servo Drives, Etc.
bull; Reads and understands complex blueprints, schematics, plans, and service manuals.
bull; Accountable for Company Safety Guidelines (such as Lock out / Tag out). Also responsible for PPE (personal protection equipment).
bull; Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
