Maintenance Technician - Part-time

PK Companies is an exciting, fast growing property management company seeking a part- time maintenance technician to join our team!

Part-time 28hrs a week + on call

$15 per hour

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair
• HVAC repairs
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Must have own hand tools
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Electrical knowledge or certification helpful
• Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred
• Customer Service attitude

Part-Time $15 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• 6+ months of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
