Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our growing team! The maintenance technician is a key player in the day-to-day operations of the properties, and a representative of the company!

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed
• After hour Emergency Maintenance
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair
• HVAC repairs
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, appliance. painting. change locks etc
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-$18 per hour

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
