Carpenter

Considered candidates must have the ability to complete day to day framing/drywall operations for residential job sites to ensure highest level of productivity and quality.

Pay Range:

• $24-$29 depending on skillset & experience
• Gas Card once certain requirements are met

Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:

• Minimum Experience – 5 years+ of framing, hanging drywall, flooring, trim
• Interpret job plans
• Strong understand of construction methods, materials & scheduling
• Ability to prioritize work, maintain positive attitude and maintain composure in stressful situations
• Pro-active, Strong Problem Solving Skills, Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation, Multi-Tasker
• Reliable

Job Duties:

• Perform Wall Layouts
• Be proficient in Drywall, Framing, Flooring, Trim, painting, and other Finish Work
• Self-perform job tasks, if needed
• Coordinate Delivery of Material from supply house to job
• Effectively communicate with Customers
• Maintain high Level of Productivity, Quality & Safety
• Maintain/Coordinate Jobsite Equipment & Tools

Other Requirements / Licenses:

• Current & Valid State Issued Driver’s License
• Reliable/Clean Transportation
