Job Description

We are seeking EXPERIENCED and RELIABLE Certified Forklift Experience to join our team!

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

Report to duty on time.
Adhere to job procedures and safety policies.
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Organize custodial closets and spaces.
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Evenings and possibly some weekends.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to run a buffer or floor scrubber.
Fork Lift Certification is a plus..

Pay is commensurate with experience
