Requirements:

The facility requires candidates to have Illinois license in hand at the time of application. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

36 hours a week

Every other weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

1-12hr holiday coverage required

The COVID Vaccine is required in all submission profiles. Declinations will NOT be accepted

BLS and PALS requires AHA

This facility allows only one submission per Candidate at a time. Please request an interview for one Match per this facility at a time.

All Nurses Must be fully vaccinated against the Flu.

Temporary/Emergency permits accepted from IL.
