Front Office Coordinator

It is the Steadfast Fitness and Performance mission to create an engaging, positive and energetic environment from which a steadfast dedication to health, fitness and performance will translate over into all aspects of life. The Steadfast FP Front Office Coordinator will be an upbeat self-starter with positive energy, creativity and organization skills. This position plays an integral role in managing class/client schedules, administrative emails, the telephones and the CRM.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrates Steadfast FP’s mission, core values, and policies.

• Facilitating clients through the check-in and check-out process.

• Assists new and prospective clients with assessment scheduling

• Actively fills trainer schedules according to availability and skillset

• Manages CRM, updating, adding and report pulling

• Participation in team/staff meetings.

• Responsible for collecting payments

• Maintaining/following-up with referrals, reaching out to our client base and returning voicemail throughout the day

• Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed

Experience:

• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• High School Diploma

• Experience with CRM systems

• Verbal and written communications
