Job Description
This role is a part of D&S Community Services, a memberof the Sevita family. Sevita provides services for children, adolescentsand teens with social, emotional and behavioral challenges as well as othercomplex needs. Through our wide range of flexible programs, we use apartnership approach with families and Mentors to offer individualizedtherapeutic services.

● Experience: Six months ofexperience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

● Vehicle: Valid driver’slicense and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
