Line Cook (Swing & Overnight Shifts)

Guy Fieri’s Mt. Pocono Kitchen is interviewing candidates for Line Cook positions. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line, Sautee, and grill.

Key Requirements:
 • Experience in full service, 3 meal period restaurant is desired
 • Friendly demeanor
 • A positive attitude in order to create an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional environment

 • Flexible schedule
 • Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions in English
 • Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous. 
 • Task-driven individual
 • Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities:
 • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef 
 • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
 • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
 • Communicates in a positive professional manner
 • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
