We are looking to hire RNs in various units, on behalf of Queen's Medical Center, in Honolulu, HI. Are you looking for a new position and qualified? See below:

Position: MICU RN

Location: Queen's Medical Center, 1301 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96913

Schedule/Shift: Rotating Day/Night shift (7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a)

Weekends/On-Call/Holiday: Every other weekend, One week a month on call with flexibility. Holidays depend on seniority with rotation of observed holidays.

Pay: Depends on experience in acute care, starting at $50.11/hr.

Shift Differential: Evening shift is $2 (after 12pm), Night is $5.50 (if 8 hour shift starts after 10pm or is night shift of 7p-7a)

On-call pay: $7/hour to have pager

Relocating? Relocation assistance possible with 2 - year agreement.

Must Haves:

Experience: 18 months of ICU RN experience, preferably 2 years of experience in ICU within last 5 years

Education: BSN

Certification: ACLS, BLS

Licensure: RN in Hawaii (or obtained by start date, usually 6-8 weeks to obtain).

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and monitor patient's progress and identification of any sudden or subtle changes in the patient’s medical condition

- Administer medications intravenously by injection or via gastric tubes

- Deliver regular updates of patient's progress to doctors, patients, and their families
