Hotel Resident Manager / Live-In

The Affordable Suites of America brand is currently seeking a live in Resident Manager for one of it's premier properties in Stafford VA.

Living Accommodations are provided for Resident Managers on site at our hotels. Because Affordable Suites are a hybrid of Apartments and Hotels, the typical guest stay is a week to several months. Great relationship skills are a must for any Resident Manager candidate.

Compensation Includes: Salary + Living Accommodations + Benefits + Commission Bonuses

Requirements:

Staffing the front office M-F from 8:AM to 7:PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, collection of payment from guests, responsible for ensuring property is clean and well maintained, supervision over 3-5 associates including housekeepers and front desk shift personnel . Resident Manager is responsible for assisting our Director of Sales, maintaining existing business relationships, community involvement and growing hotel revenues.

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Must have experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Must be available to work extended hours, nights and weekends.
* Must have at least basic computer skills.
* Must have strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
* Must be able to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate.

*Must be able to live on site in two bedroom unit .

*Must have effective oral and written communication skills

*Hotel management experience can be a plus

Drug Testing and Background Checks are completed on all final candidates

Salary Range: US $36,000-US $40,000.00 / Year to start ; Plus all living expenses paid
