We are seeking a Full Time Onsite Internal IT Helpdesk / Systems Administrator to join our team!

Mid-sized international corporation seeking a motivated and dedicated IT Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the day to day hardware and software issues for our staff.

This is a full time in office position with possibility of some remote support reporting to the IT Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Participation in larger scale IT projects and provides assistance to network engineers as needed to improve system architecture
  • Responsible for the addition, removal, and preservation of accounts of all users on all servers, including password changes and permissions management.
  • Able to deploy, configure and support operating systems on multiple platforms, desktops, laptops & mobile devices including peripherals and printers.
  • Some travel is required and must have a valid drivers license.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Work experience in an IT environment supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals and including mobile phones.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and various technical support concepts, procedures and practices
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with other staff to solve problems efficiently
  • Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure while delivering top performance
  • Bachelors degree or certifications a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
