Job Description
At Fun Center, our Customer Experience Specialists, consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all of our current and future customers. They constitute Fun Center’s front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to improve the wellness of individuals and reconnect families by creating memorable experiences for our customers.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will support customers from the moment they walk into our showrooms or moment they reach out over social media to learn and explore the products and services that Fun Center has to offer. We offer some of the most innovative and memorable products ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and memorable buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Understand who our guests are, what brought them to Fun Center, their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Profile
- Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agenda
- Provide suggestions, based on customer interactions, of how the products and services at Fun Center may improve and support their current lifestyle
- Help Fun Center maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Water Tests, Test Soaks, Test Swims, Test Sweats, and more for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or require ownership assistance
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners
- Follow-Up regularly to make sure customers are receiving the most from their products and services provided by Fun Center
- Identify and provide suggestions on products and services provided by Fun Center that will improve and enhance the ownership experience for the customer
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changing people's lives and well-being
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a mastery of all Fun Center products and services. Keep up with the Hot Tub, Swim Spa, and Sauna industry trends and local promotional offers
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
