Job Summary

• Assists in all activities related to daily operations, customer service, and sanitation

• Responsible for daily opening or closing checklists.

• Completes checklists each day - opening/closing/cleaning.

General Accountability and Essential Job Functions

• Ensure that CPC customer service standards are being practiced

• Greeting customers as they are approaching the admissions counter

• Assisting customers with bundles, deals, promos - providing them with options if they ask

• Cleaning of the dining area is completed multiple times a day

• Completes Opening and Closing Checklists to a satisfactory standard
• Opening tasks are completed and initialed

• Closing tasks are completed, initialed and verified

• Cleaning checklists are being completed

• Learning all positions
