Growing Fitness Company is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic national accounts and big-box retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc.), as well as winning new accounts and growing their assigned territory. As the ideal Candidate, you will bring a solid 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field and a proven track record of improving sales and reaching Company targets. You are goal-oriented and thrive in an environment of autonomy and accountability. You lead by example and inspire others to be their best.

Day-to-Day as Key Account Manager

  • Manage all the large retailers' accounts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the inventory and merchandising.
  • Inform and consult regularly with the internal management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate all departments to implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage sales data with the Company’s sales programs to achieve territory growth and reach projected goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development to maintain a solid knowledge of trends and assortments
  • Conduct product training for representatives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content and update it on the eCommerce platforms.

What You Bring as Key Account Manager

  • 3-5 years of successful sales or account management experience with big-box retailers, preferably in the Consumer Products, Furniture or Appliances industries.
  • Experience with eCommerce accounts.
  • Experience using data analysis, data reporting, and sales forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Professional experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup, etc.)
  • BA/BS or equivalent

  • United States (Required)
  • Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin is a must
