Housing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Housing Specialist will have an outgoing personality and a willingness to assist our consumers in gaining appropriate housing. The successful candidate will assist client’s with day-to-day living and ensure client compliance with housing, must also be skilled in leasing and oral/verbal communications with clients and landlords as well as being highly organized and have skills in Microsoft office, good phone demeanor and an ability to deal with people in the community that can provide housing for our clients such as landlords or property managers.

The successful candidate will be able to flex their schedule to meet the needs of our clients, should have at least one year experience in case management housing for clients, and be able to work with individuals on a one on one basis.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's Degree in mental health field preferred and/or three years equivalent work experience in mental health.
