New Accounts Representative

We are seeking a New Account Representative to help our growing office! Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 with no weekends. Position has the ability to earn a 4 day work week by exceeding certain KPI's

Responsibilities:

• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with industry standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
