POSITION: Bookkeeper/Accounting

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures.

Recording of revenue and receivable and work closely with the Team to ensure that revenues and receivables in are reconciled with QuickBooks

Review expense reports and receipts submitted by employees for customer visits and trade shows on a monthly basis and record them First level of preparation of data for Sales and Use Tax preparation. Verification and control of quotes versus disbursements for all shipments contracted and for jobs. Perform calculation and control Sales Commissions to pay.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 solid years of accounting experience and 4+ of cumulative relevant experience
