Spa Sales Associate needed for Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is rapidly expanding providing massages, facials and waxing services 7 days a week. If you are friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic with excellent sales and customer service skills then we would like to speak with you about becoming a Spa Sales Associate for our Longwood, FL location.

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate are to build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and supporting your team to ensure a successful day. (Full and Part Time Available)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting Membership Sales Goals (there is a minimum requirement to sustain employment).
• Effectively explain and upgrade services to clients both over the phone and in person.
• Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
• Maintaining professional front desk and reception area, as well as light cleaning to uphold store cleanliness standards.
• Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments and greeting upon arrival.
• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys
• Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
• SALES experience with proven results Fitness /Tanning /Sports membership sales experience is a PLUS
• Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills with the ability to master new programs quickly
• Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in fast pace environment
• A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
