Construction Superintendent

Supervise onsite operations of a construction project, including strategy, organization, planning, scheduling, materials, manpower, and subcontractors' work, proactively and safely towards completion of project on time, on budget, and a quality that meets or exceeds pertinent expectations. Work closely with Office Project Team (Operations Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Coordinator) to ensure all facets are coordinated. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of field construction experience, and OSHA 30 Hour Certification would be preferred. Health care construction experience would be a plus!
