Job Description
Shiku Sushi is looking for a line cook w/ a couple years experience.
We have a small 2 person team in the kitchen working prep, fryer, grill, range, oven, dishwasher, and backing up the sushi chefs.
Part-time position. 3-4 shifts available. We have a fun and innovative Izakaya menu that complements our sushi, and are looking for someone to be part of our awesome team. Japanese food experience is helpful, but not mandatory - we are willing to train someone who is eager to learn.
Candidates must communicate and work well with others, have a good attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include not only cooking and plating, but also dishwashing, cleaning and opening/closing duties as well.
