Galley Staff Food Service Professional

We are seeking a Food Service Professional to join our Galley Staff aboard our 90 Sunset Dinner Cruise vessel.

Responsibilities include planning, prepping and preparing lunch and dinner services for nightly cruises, and special events.

Providing dinner service to guests, presenting, plating, serving, interacting with guests during service.

Working with fellow staff to serve our guests and provide a memorable experience.

Care and maintenance of galley, and all food service related items.

Qualifications include enjoying the food service industry with emphasis on customer service and quality assurance.

Ability to enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with fellow staff, utilizing, and providing team work and support.

Experience as chef, sous chef, line cook, or catering, not afraid to handle all aspects of the dinner service.

Food manager certified or trained.  Enjoy boating and being on the water.

Hourly pay, plus share of service charges, bonuses,  and gratuities.  Average 6 hour shifts.
