Plant Manager/Engineer

Looking for a plant mechanic or engineer that is somewhat versed in beverage manufacturing, or willing to understand the processes and equipment. Will be preforming preventative maintenance, looking to improve or optimize production, scheduling production for the crew. This is a leadership position, and the role will be intimately guiding the staff in their day to day conduct to ensure processes are being met. HACCP certification is quick course that will be taken to get a foundational understanding of food safety protocols, as well as knowledge of the Good Manufacturing Practices. With this knowledge the plant manager will ensure that records and data are being captured through production.
