 THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

Perform sales and cash auditing functions using a variety of different systems and software.  Assist stores with various sales and cash variance issues.  Report cash variance issues to loss prevention and district managers. Assist with supporting new stores learning their cash functions at store level. Serve as back-up to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator.  Work on special projects and assignments as needed.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Perform sales and cash audits for specified stores
• Act as point of contact for stores and loss prevention agents for issues surrounding cash variance issues.
• Perform monthly journal entries as needed
• Support Accounts Receivable department as needed
• Maintain training documentation database
• Reconcile gift cards and merchandise vouchers
• Activate gift cards for customer service, external requests and various internal requests.
• Reconcile third party gift card processing

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• 2-3 years of account reconciliation experience
• Associates Degree or qualifying past work experience
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Hybrid work environment
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak busy times
