Job Description

We are seeking a Janitor Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings/ offices in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and vacuum carpets.
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Provide on vehicle to move from one job to other NOT more than 8 miles between jobs. We pay commission for use your own vehicle.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
