Job Description

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist - AMFT
• Associate Clinical Social Worker - ACSW
• Associate Professional Clinical Counselor - APCC

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• BBS Registration - AMFT, ACSW, APCC – active and provide proof
• Familiar with electronic health record and competent in basic computer skills (Simple Practice is a plus)
• Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks (Live Scan)
• Maintain professional liability insurance and provide proof
• Veteran (optional)
• Spanish speaking (optional)

Responsibilities

• Assessments, service treatment plans, closure, and after care plan for individuals served
• Utilize evidence-based practice interventions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with referral agencies, guide families in their interaction with agencies and other community organizations; provide referrals to services and resources
• Attend mandatory weekly scheduled individual/group clinical supervision
• Manage documentation for accuracy, timely completion, and submission working with supervisor and scheduling office

Job Type – Part time Hourly Wage Starting at $30.00

Caseload provided with Scheduling Support

Self-Determined schedule, minimum 20 consistent hours a week
